About Us
Vampire’s Grill is a traditional smoked beef establishment founded by Khaled, an Egyptian pitmaster with a deep passion for quality beef. After moving to Thailand over a decade ago for a humanitarian mission, Khaled embraced the country’s paradise-like lifestyle. However, as a dedicated beef enthusiast, he struggled to find good halal beef restaurants in Bangkok and across Thailand. This challenge, along with his involvement in his wife’s restaurant business, inspired him to follow his passion and open a halal beef restaurant to cater to others
with similar tastes.
Vampire’s Grill is no ordinary beef restaurant. Khaled has dedicated himself to perfecting the taste of the beef, striving for rich flavor, enticing aroma, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
He started by slow-cooking the beef in a custom-built smoker, meticulously designed by him with careful attention to every crucial detail. Partnering with Chef Most,
who created one-of-a-kind sauces
and spice blends using Thai herbs, they'vetransformed the smoked beef into a culinary masterpiece.
